What Toplista is

Toplista is a directory of construction and installation companies, ordered by a publicly described methodology. We are not an intermediary, agency or party to any contract between you and a company — you deal with the company directly.

The portal is operated by Zordon Intelligence sp. z o.o., ul. Piotrkowska 152/30, 90-063 Łódź, Poland, KRS 0001190915, NIP 7252358503, REGON 542545843 (the "Operator").

Account and company profile

An account is created by an adult acting on behalf of the company. You confirm the e-mail address with an activation link; without confirmation you cannot publish changes to the profile.

One profile has one active owner. Claiming a profile requires confirmation, and the previous owner loses access the moment the new one is approved.

Profile content

The owner is responsible for the accuracy of descriptions, price lists, photos and references. Publishing misleading content, content copied from other companies or content infringing copyright is prohibited and results in withdrawal of the changes and — on repetition — loss of access.

The owner keeps the rights to their content and grants us a free, non-exclusive licence to display it in the portal and in search engines and language models that cite the portal. The licence ends when the content disappears from the profile.

Reviews

A review may be added by an account with a confirmed e-mail address that does not own the reviewed company. Reviews are moderated; we reject offensive, advertising and off-topic content.

We notify the author of a rejection by e-mail, with reasons and the possibility to appeal by replying to that message. We decide appeals within 14 days.

The owner may reply publicly. The owner cannot delete a review — they can report a breach of the terms.

Enquiries

By sending an enquiry you agree to your contact details being passed to the listed companies (three at most). The company has 14 days to reply; the portal does not guarantee a reply.

Do not send sensitive data or content you have no right to share.

Score and methodology

The Toplista Score is calculated from registry data, reviews and company declarations using the formula described on the methodology page. Insufficient data means “no score”, not zero points.

The score is information, not a recommendation. The choice of company is yours.

Liability

We make reasonable efforts to keep data current, but we also rely on public sources that may change. We are not liable for the quality of services provided by companies in the directory, nor for contracts concluded outside the portal.

Complaints and changes

We accept complaints at contact@toplista-oze.pl and decide them within 14 days.

We may change the terms; we announce material changes by e-mail 14 days in advance. Using the portal after a change means accepting the new version.

Governing law and disputes

The terms are governed by Polish law. Disputes are decided by the court with jurisdiction over the Operator's registered office, unless consumer law gives you another route — that route remains unaffected.

If you are a consumer, you may use the EU online dispute resolution (ODR) platform or contact the municipal or district consumer ombudsman.
