Cookies and browser storage
We use cookies that are necessary for the portal to work. Analytics is enabled only when you accept it in the banner — and only then do Google Analytics cookies appear. There are no ads and no tracking pixels here.
What we actually store
Login session: a WordPress cookie (wordpress_logged_in_*), valid until logout or 14 days. Without it the panel does not work.
Interface settings: the wp-settings-* cookie stores editorial preferences and expires after a year.
Analytics decision: a record in browser storage (localStorage, key tl_consent_v1), not a cookie. We treat it as consent: it remembers only "yes" or "no" and does not identify you.
Enquiry and review limits live in the database (transient), not in a cookie — so your browser receives no identifier.
What we do not do
By default we load no analytics script. After you click "I agree", Google Analytics 4 starts (gtag.js from googletagmanager.com) and sets the _ga and _ga_* cookies for up to 2 years.
After you click "No analytics" nothing loads — no cookie, no request to Google.
We do not install Meta Pixel, Hotjar or any other tracking script. We do not profile visitors and we do not sell traffic.
How to disable them
You withdraw analytics consent by clearing the site data in your browser (the button next to the address bar) — the banner appears again and you can choose "No analytics".
You can block necessary cookies in your browser settings, but then login and the panel stop working. The remaining portal pages stay available without any cookies.
